My Bio: After teaching Early Childhood for 20 years I was searching for a way to make more of a difference in the lives of others. I saw a great need for healing in families, children, adolescents, and adults. I have first hand experience implementing Trauma Informed Parenting in my own home to help both of my children that were diagnosed with C-PTSD. After embracing and seeing the results of a Trauma Informed Home I was drawn to help others heal from their past trauma too. I received a Master’s Degree as a Mental Health Professional specializing in Trauma Recovery. I have been blessed with the opportunity to help many women and adolescent girls heal from domestic violence, sexual assault, unhealthy relationships, childhood trauma, and much more. I have had the great honor of working in treatment for adolescent girls recovering from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. My hope for each of my clients is to help them find healing from their pasts so that they can live a life of freedom.
